There are times and moments where we were just spent, Calling, falling, breathing every moment like it's our last, Giving into all those endless arguments, The weathered weary state, the house up on the left. But we called it, honey, Though we fought the fight, The failing of emotions, Cracks under the ocean, Till there's nothing left, But this ghost machine to last forever. Several years in motion and I found myself, Standing, no more than a stranger, on the corner of 110/10, Trying to find the reason, more than a headless argument. But the door it fell, and the house it called, "Just stay here for a moment longer". But we called it, honey, Though we fought the fight, The failing of emotions, Cracks under the ocean, Till there's nothing left, But this ghost machine to last forever.

Eyes wide open, With a sense of relief in my heart, Rest a glance at your form, As you rest in an arc. Reach out, To say that I love you for all of your cheer, My finger, it brushes your hair, That bothers your cheek. With eyes wide open, I draw your face, In my mind, Time closes on me. Eyes wide open, As I wake from a deep slumber, Shrug away, The warmth of a hand off my shoulder. Smile to myself, As your presence still lingers, Recall with affection, The touch on my cheek forever. With eyes wide open, I saw a dream of your face, It lingers but wait, Time closes on me.

There's a map with the lines and dilemma, I'm quite sure that I leave tonight, A foregone conclusion, a quiet conversation, In the dawn, the breaking of light. And I will be just a flickering scene, Just a frame in the story of you and another, A foregone conclusion, a fallback solution, To your convenient dream. Dream. Dream. There's a map with fault lines and conclusions, Of where I should go and where you should be, A foregone conclusion, a silent realization, These lines were all drawn in by me. So I take belief while you find your peace, Not one fault is bigger than the other, A foregone conclusion, a calming surrender, To love, to life and to dreams. Dream. Dream. If you should find a day that you would call my name, Remembering me right by your side, For hopes of a dance, for a minute, one last chance, Just think twice and please realize. That I’m a foregone conclusion, A foregone conclusion, A foregone conclusion, a foolproof delusion, To your convenient dream.

Run 03:53
Fabric stretching through my veins, Stretching through the infinite drawings in my head. I am holding on today, Holding to your yesterdays, As they run astray. Run, Run. You sang to the stars and the moon, Hoping they would sing your tune. My heart was the victim of your head on collision, With your breathless sweeping of my feet. Run, Run. The calming of the streets, After two long solemn weeks, Is the only resolution that I find, In a world as colorblind, As the boy who subsides, To the shrouding lullaby, Deafens such a beautiful disguise. Run, Run.

Under evenings in the sun, Where we once shared love like none, Where our hands could always mend, Where our hearts would soar to no end. Under evenings in the sun, We shared laughter, we shared love, Our beating hearts had no fear, Our fleeting minds were ever clear. Under evenings in the sun, A story of lovers had just begun, It was no public rage, Just an intimate sort of page in a diary. Under evenings in the sun, You looked at me and we sung, Of eyes wide open and our dreams, Of how the time had simply ceased. Under evenings in the sun, I visit places full of memories, Where the ghosts of lovers past, Hold each other till the storm will pass. Under evenings in the sun, I weep for you, I weep for what we'd become, My hand runs over graves of stone, Where our love died of a tragic blow. Under evenings in the sun, An ache runs through the ribs of this very soul, Till the muscle turns to dust, Till it beats against my chest I must. Live under evenings in the sun, Where your face, a haze, a trace will lay back against the greens, Your words they brought a smile to me Little did we know they were denial of a bigger scene. We scripted love, We scripted tons of little moments to hold, Against our chests. Under evenings in the sun, We shared laughter, We shared love. Love, love.

Home 03:04
Take a train, Run away to the edge of yesterday, I will never say, That you were gone away, From the morn of yesterday. The picture on a desk it ages, As the hand ticked away at the pages, And wonders, If the sun has drowned, Or left behind the town without a sight or sound. So you follow a trail back home, Rest in unfamiliar backdrops alone, Just to feel a sense of hope, But at the end of the day, There's a light I do pray, Shines from the front porch of our home. In a crowd you are found, With a gaze homeward bound, Well thoughts run through your head, Oh what's started can't be left, Let us do what is best. If the fields and the flowers, Scarecrows and the big tall towers linger, Wrap your arms around, Think about the town, Where your loved ones are found. So you follow a trail back home, Rest in unfamiliar backdrops alone, Just to feel a sense of hope, But at the end of the day, There's a light I do pray, Shines from the front porch of our home.

Coraline 05:19
Coraline, You were the kindest of hearts at times, When the laughter filled your mind, With the ghosts you keep. Close at heart, They speak to you like they're works of art, Sentiments they are world's apart, From the company you meet. But keep your light bright now, Keep your heart bright now, Keep your eyes bright now, For me. Movie screens, Change your vision of who you'll be, Black & whites found on magazines, Will wrong the rights in your mind. Oh Coraline, Don't you dare give in tonight, Fighting with the ghosts in your mind, And their megaphone speech. Of those teenage dreams, Just remember when your heart was free, Of the burden of those fucked up dreams, They only weigh you down. But keep your light bright now, Keep your heart bright now, Keep your eyes brights now, For me. So you're up at night, Fighting off the hands and sleepless nights, Bruises that have lived a lie, For no fault of your own. Now you're standing at a payphone, Half a dozen years of missing home, All you eve get's a static tone, And a stranger says "Hello?" He tells you that your father's dead, Your childhood sweet is a family man, Living with his kids and a minivan, Leaving you in his thoughts. But keep your light bright now, Keep your heart bright now, Keep your eyes bright now, For me. So it's been twenty years, They speak of her who had a heart so fierce, Even when the wars were waging in her mind, Her laughter, her fears. Where's your light right now? Where's your heart right now? Where's your hope right now? Coraline.

Redemption 05:43
Sadness on the edges, Pulling at the ones you call your own, All of my direction, All of my sanity is gone. Cradling redemption, Give or take what's left of the morning, Make the best of the mess, The beauty in the madness will shine on. If you are the only one getting out alive, And if you are the only one that’s right, Then consider yourself lucky, Because most of us are more broken than alive. Every time we hold, We hold on to what we hold dearest in our lives, Walking in the midst of a world, That's busy killing dreams like flies. Make peace within yourself, Because peace on the outside is a ruse, They give as much as they can’t take, In fact they take more than they will ever give. If you are the only one getting out alive, And if you are the only one that’s right, Then consider yourself lucky, Because most of us are more broken than alive. Because most of us are more broken than alive.

These Years 03:48
Tonight when we ride, Through this onset with all this regret. Frail and cold Is the story told, When my broken soul takes a backseat, Burn alongside the fire where I hid my fears, Wondering what these years have taught me, Have taught you now. When all is gone, When my time has come, Will I lay to rest all the things that make no sense. Will I find peace in the silent space? Between my tongue and the words I dare not say. You might wonder what I'm trying my best to say, With these hollow prayers that walk beside me everyday. All I ask Is for some peace of mind, The joy of the moments that are too far to find. Take away golden glory, It only weighs me down, Puts me in debt to the ones I'd rather crown, As kings of a kingdom that is as broken as you and as I, And as I’ve learnt with time, That fears I did once hide are the ones that must be faced, Or I'm no better than my face. To let dead weight go, Is the hardest we all know, My heart held on to all those years for hope, For love is strong, But it will take you down, First you must learn to love yourself, Then love the ones you found. Tonight when we ride, Through this onset with all this regret. All I ask Is for some peace of mind, The joy of the moments that are too far to find.

Weightless 03:55
When the dawn will come, When the sun will breathe life into these lungs, I will stand outside, Let you lead me into infinite signs. Of laughter, Of these city lights, Hold your hand as you pace the pavement, Fleet and quick to realize, That I'm trailing behind, The weightless power in your eyes. We're seated by the bank, Where the water runs shallow with our bodies in the sand, The trees that surround, Have incisions on their bark that tell the sound. Of laughter, Of these city lights, Hold your hand as you pace the pavement, Fleet and quick to realize, That I'm trailing behind, The weightless power in your eyes.

Once 04:35
Just a man, Hanging on to a face, Holding on to his own blues, To never feel alive again. I'm a plan, That never came to realize, Through all of his tries, Still stuck on that wall, Once is all you need, To fall down on your knees, Burn until you bleed, Say all the silly things, He never had to say. When he walks through a crowd, His fate is all but down, Crashing to the ground, I hope and I pray, He'll come alive again. Dusty sleeves, Stopped shrugging long ago, Cos acceptance is a force, That pushes out his choice. Won't you see, The burning out of a symphony, The brightest heart collecting rust, Gave his all far too much. Once is all you need, To fall down on your knees, Burn until you bleed, Say all the silly things, He never had to say. When he walks through a crowd, His fate is all but down, Crashing to the ground, I hope and I pray, He'll come alive again. I'm a man, Holding on to his plan, Simply all that he has, To make it all past twelve, Through the quiet of the streets. Once is all you need, To fall down on your knees, Burn until you bleed, Say all the silly things, He never had to say. When he walks through a crowd, His fate is all but down, Crashing to the ground, I hope and I pray, He'll come alive again.

Courage 04:37
Fill the years with courage, Marching in your sleep, Trade the grave for gravel, Show the signs, Give due time, And find. Raise a hand & be counted, Or be painted on a canvas, Reflect a light into the tunnel, Show the signs, Give due time, And find. Trust without borders, Life without the lines, Is that what you're here for? Is that what we find? Judgment in the morning, Sirens in the night, One abandoned stranger, Or a nation in the fight. Don't you understand this? Don't i understand this? Don't we understand this? So fill these years with courage, Marching in your sleep, Trade these graves for gravel, Show the signs, Give due time, And find.
